\n<p>1.\/ From Friday to Saturday, entry to the club is permitted only to guests who are at least 18 years old and can prove their age with a valid, clearly identifiable official ID. Accepted forms of ID: national ID card or driver\u2019s license. Scanned, photographed, or photocopied documents are not accepted.   <\/p>\n\n<p>2.\/ Entry to D\u0170NE may be denied or refused to anyone:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>who is visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaves in an inappropriate manner,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>who is in possession of any dangerous object,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>who (or whose group) has previously been escorted out due to their behavior,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>who is considered by staff to pose a risk to other guests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Entry is valid for a single admission only.<\/p>\n\n<p>3.\/ <strong>Drug policy<strong><br \/><\/strong><\/strong>(In accordance with stricter regulations effective from November 18, 2025)<\/p>\n\n<p>The use, possession, distribution, or sale of any drugs or new psychoactive substances is strictly prohibited within D\u0170NE.<br \/>The term \u201cdrugs\u201d includes new psychoactive substances as defined by current legislation.<br \/>Security staff are entitled to inspect guests\u2019 bags and clothing upon entry and to verify identity and take action if necessary.<br \/>If a guest is under the influence of drugs or attempts to bring prohibited substances into the venue, entry may be denied, or the guest may be immediately removed.<br \/>In case of violation, the Operator may impose a temporary or permanent ban.<br \/>D\u0170NE cooperates with the police and other authorities and will report incidents if necessary.<\/p>\n\n<p>4.\/ In order to ensure the safety of guests, the Operator reserves the right to restrict items brought into D\u0170NE. In particular, items classified as especially dangerous to public safety under applicable law (currently Government Decree 175\/2003 (X.28.)) are prohibited, as well as any objects that are illegal or may endanger visitors.<br \/>    <\/p>\n\n<p>5.\/ Persons under 18 and intoxicated guests will not be served alcohol at D\u0170NE. Guests may be asked to verify their age at the bar; refusal may result in denial of service. The consumption of substances classified as drugs under applicable law is prohibited on the premises.   <\/p>\n\n<p>6.\/ Under Act CXXXIII of 2005, Section 26, the Operator is entitled to conduct bag checks at the entrance and within the venue, and to remove individuals or deny entry if necessary. By entering, guests agree to cooperate with security staff and to follow their instructions in case of emergency. Complaints may be submitted at the Operator\u2019s office.     <\/p>\n\n<p>7.\/ Anyone behaving aggressively towards guests or staff may be immediately removed.<\/p>\n\n<p>8.\/ Use of the cloakroom is mandatory during the autumn\u2013winter season.<\/p>\n\n<p>9.\/ Guests may not bring food or drinks from outside into D\u0170NE.<\/p>\n\n<p>10.\/ Payments at D\u0170NE can be made by bank card, in Hungarian forint or in euro.<\/p>\n\n<p>11.\/ Persons who are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or dressed inappropriately may be denied entry. Dress code and face control are in effect. <\/p>\n\n<p>12.\/ Audiovisual recordings may be made during D\u0170NE events, in which guests may appear.
