In the absence of such data, the Data Controller is unable to provide the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Purpose of data processing<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The purposes of data processing are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>providing appropriate information, offers, and services to the data subject,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>maintaining contact,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enabling the submission of complaints,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>identifying and handling complaints,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fulfilling legal obligations and recording mandatory data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Data transfer<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The Data Controller transfers personal data to third parties, third countries, or international organizations only with the explicit consent of the data subject, unless such transfer is required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Duration of data processing<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of data processing based on voluntary consent, the duration is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>until the purpose of data processing is fulfilled, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>until the data subject requests deletion, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>until the withdrawal of consent, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>until the execution of a court or authority decision ordering deletion, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in the absence of such provisions, until the limitation period applicable to claims arising from the legal relationship related to the data processing expires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Hungarian Civil Code, the general limitation period is 5 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pursuant to Section 169 (1) of Act C of 2000 on Accounting, accounting documents must be retained for 8 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In cases of mandatory data processing, the duration is determined by applicable laws or local regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rights of the data subject and legal remedies<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The data subject is entitled, in accordance with the Data Controller\u2019s internal policies and applicable regulations, to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>request information about the processing of their personal data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>object to data processing where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If the data subject believes that data processing is unlawful or causes harm, they are entitled to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>initiate court proceedings,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>claim compensation or damages,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>initiate authority proceedings,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>file a complaint with the supervisory authority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"7\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Details of the Data Controller:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Name: Rum Kocsma Kft.<br>Registered office: 1051 Budapest, Sz\u00e9chenyi Istv\u00e1n rakpart 7\u20138.<br>Company registration number: 01-09-987643<br>Tax number: 14377901-2-41<br>E-mail: norbert.mancza@gmail.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Date: Budapest, April 17, 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Data Controller<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Information on Data Processing Rum Kocsma Kft., acting as Data Controller (hereinafter: \u201cData Controller\u201d), provides the following information to data subjects regarding the processing of personal data made available to it.
